Today, on #WorldMentalHealthDay, let's prioritise our mental well-being...and keep it going so that it forms a new and ongoing positive action. Practice self-care!


Remember, "Your mental health is just as important as your physical health" and seeking help is a sign of great self-awareness and strength. 


Take breaks when needed, share your story, support one another, and encourage open conversations about things that are on your mind. Together, we can break the stigma and create a healthier, more supportive environment. 


This also is a great reminder as to when I co-presented the ‘Self-care For Carers’ event earlier this year, providing financial stress relief to attendees, which was a fantastic start to 2025!
