A year ago in June 2024, I found myself sitting in front of British Land PLC’s finest Social Value and Community Volunteers. What began as a hopeful meeting turned into a pivotal moment in my professional journey, one that reframed not just my business, but my identity, purpose and power to serve others.


Back then, I had an updated idea that was roughly scripted on my website. Today, Focusivity is a more fully-fledged, culturally-aware, people-centred business model that delivers Tailored Financial Stress Relief services across high-pressure industries in the UK.


That meeting with key Heads of Departments at British Land did more than validate my vision, it challenged me to define it more clearly. They asked key yet simple questions that mattered such as:

  • Who are you? 

  • What do you do? 

  • Who do you help? 

  • How do you do it? 

  • And when?


The answers became the framework for Focusivity | Financial Stress Relief.


Fast forward to June 2025 and after another session, acting as a review, the focus is just as streamlined


Why It Matters

Today, that vision is a service channelled towards workers in Construction, Care, and Corporate sectors who can often be overlooked. Focusivity includes:

Financial stress isn’t just a personal issue—it’s a workforce risk, a productivity drain, and a barrier to inclusion. When I help one person take control of their finances, I’m also helping their employer reduce absenteeism, increase focus, and build a more loyal team.
